HSA Consulting provides strategy and implementation consulting services to companies supplying or competing in the warehouse club, big box discount retail, and grocery retail sectors.
The company was formed in 1993 by Howard N. Jackson, with five senior Pace Membership Warehouse executives and fellow board members, following the acquisition of Pace (Kmart’s $5 billion warehouse club subsidiary) by the Sam’s Club division of Wal-Mart. Howard led Pace’s marketing, strategic planning and membership sales organizations.
HSA Consulting quickly became the leading warehouse club consulting firm, providing strategic advice and a complete range of implementation services to potential entrant, existing suppliers, and competitors.
When the industry expanded in Europe, HSA Consulting continued to provide services to traditional retailers, distributors and suppliers in UK, Germany, Spain and Portugal.
During 1998, the firm broadened its focus to include smaller, established companies planning to sell into the warehouse club industry for the first time.
Over the past 18 years, HSA Consulting has consistently helped our clients grow their businesses in existing and new retail channels much faster, more profitably and with significantly less risk than they would on their own.
What makes us unique is the depth of our experience in virtually every aspect of the warehouse club business; the integrated services we provide and our experience as successful business owners. Each HSA Consultant has a minimum 20 years of retail or top-tier consulting industry experience. |
