Developed warehouse club entry strategies for $150 million hardware manufacturer, and a $25 million sporting cutlery manufacturer, both for in-and-out/seasonal items. Assisted in product and packaging design, specification, testing and approval; pricing and deal negotiation; logistics and billing, in-club merchandising, inventory control and monitoring process design and implementation. Developed on-going programs schedule to ensure continued placement; introducing different price point combination packages. Also, acquired licenses to offer additional alternating brands.
